La demanda se rechazó de plano de conformidad con la regla prevista en el artículo 6, inciso 4, del Decreto 2067 de 1991, según la cual deberán rechazarse las demandas en las que esta Corte sea manifiestamente incompetente.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR el recurso interpuesto por la falta de sustentación o ausencia de carga argumentativa del mismo.

- PRIMERO. Rechazar el recurso de súplica interpuesto contra el Auto del 8 de febrero de 2022, proferido por la Magistrada Sustanciadora Diana Fajardo Rivera, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad radicada bajo el número D-14.627.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte, comuníquese el contenido de la decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra ésta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
- Notifíquese y cúmplase.
